Few things are as good for you as regular physical activity. It can be hard to find the time, but it is important to fit in at list 30 min of activity every day. More is even better but any amount is better than more or nothing.
-choose activities that you enjoy. Walking, gardening and dancing can count as exercise
-make exercise a habit, by setting aside the same time for each day.
-try going to the gym at lunchtime or taking a walk regularly after dinner
-stay motivated by exercising with someone
For parents and grandparents
-play active games with your kids regularly and go on family walk and bike rides when weather allows.
-encourage children to play outside (when it is safe) and to take part in organized activities including handball, football, gymnastic, dancing, martial arts or any other sports.
-walk with your kids to school in the morning. It is great exercise for everyone.
If you want to feel better, have more energy and even add years to your life just exercises regularly!
